Iwan Pramana

Iwan is an  certified facilitator, trainer and certified coach from ICF,  (ACC) who focuses on the soft skills field. Some of them are: Leadership, Presentation Skills, Coaching & Execution.

He has been deep involved in developing human capital in national, multinational, education and non-profit companies.Iwan was chosen as the best speaker at PT Freeport Indonesia’s Safety Talk Contest (1997), Elevator Pitch Contest (Dunamis (2007) and the most favorite mentor in the Leadership and Managerial Training Procurement Modernization Program held by the Government Goods / Services Procurement Policy Agency (LKPP) & the Millennium Challenge Account Indonesia (MCAI) in 2017.

He has written 23 books in various fields, i.e : Coaching (3 books), Presentation Skills (3 books), Training (7 books), Execution (1 book) and Creativity (1 book). He also shared writing tips (2 books), Literature (2 books) and motivational books (4). All of his books have been applied to the training, coaching and execution program that have been delivered to clients.
